Starting with tonight's run, I'm changing two things: my course and my attitude. I've been running the same route for nearly 6 months and I think it's getting me down, physically and mentally. So tonight I'm going for a run in beautiful, historic downtown Fredericksburg.

I'm also going to start out every run with a positive attitude, and repeat to myself "This is a great run, I feel so strong" during the run - and not check my pace! After it's over, I'll check out my Garmin stats and record my real thoughts. Thanks, motivators!
